The location is fantastic, just a short walk to both Anton Martin Metro and Atocha Station, making city exploration effortless.
The elevator is quite cramped, only fitting one person with luggage, which can be inconvenient when checking in or out.

The self-check-in process felt unclear initially, and the room's condition was somewhat dated. Yet, frequent encounters with friendly staff made up for any concerns I had during my stay.

central location, nearby metro, convenient access to landmarks
The elevator can't hold more than one person with luggage!!! Consider adding a fridge and addressing noise from traffic in the morning!!! The compact space feels cramped. more room would enhance the experience!!!

8/10
Super clean room, like, super cozy, and it’s just, like, a couple minutes from the metro! The staff was totally helpful with my bags, which was rad. The shower was bomb, too! A little noisy from the street though. Oh, and there’s, like, a cute bakery next door with amazing pastries!

full of dust, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock no matter how hard i tried. absolutely ridiculous. i expected an upgraded room for all the inconvenience i endured, but instead, i got a shabby experience. how could they forget about my arrival? maybe a kettle would have been a nice touch too.

missingWrote a review on 15 Julconvenient locationcomfortable accommodationsno fridgecramped spacelimited wifi
The excellent location near the Anton Martin Metro and major landmarks made exploring quite easy. Comfortable accommodations provided a good night’s sleep despite the busy street noise. No fridge in the compact room was an inconvenience, and the elevator could barely fit one person with luggage, adding to the cramped feeling. Wifi access was limited to the lobby, which was less than ideal.
